You could. HeyGen will make you an avatar this afternoon. What takes the time is everything after it: knowing what's worth posting about today, writing it so it sounds like you, cutting it, captioning it, getting it out. That's the part we built, and it's the part that stops most founders posting.
Some will, most won't. The ones who notice usually ask how you made it, which is its own conversation. What people are actually judging is whether the opinion is worth reading, and that part is yours.
